Removed from feminist, cultural or religious impositions, GUILTY is a project intended to provoke reflection on what it might mean to be “guilty of being a woman.”
Through a series of monochromatic deadpan photographs, the work draws attention to experiences, discomforts, health issues, and situations unique to women, those often overlooked or misunderstood in wider discourse.
This project initiated open and healthy conversations, fostering deeper understanding and empathy for the realities faced by women.
Visitors were invited to actively engage with the exhibition, either by joining one of the two organised, open discussions, or by contributing to a shared diary, where they could recount personal experiences.
